Hi! I'm Sarah, I'm 24 and I love the idea of this group! I'm a pretty active person and whenever my friends complain about working out I tell them that if they're whining, they just having found something fun enough yet. My two favourite things to do are play Ultimate frisbee and rock climb - I try to do both at least twice a week.
Anyways, just trying to find a little motivation to kickstart my weight loss goal and find other fun things to do. As long as it doesn't involve sitting around on the couch, I'm game!
