I'm probably my worst enemy.. when it comes to physical activity.. I get bored real quick!

But I've got the most emoticon Fiance.. who's got my Back all de way,,
He got me 2 new Fantastic DVD's.. one is a Brazzilian Dance Workout.. emoticon
.. when I started out it was tough but FABULOUSLY FUN and I felt so sexy shaking my booty.. LOL emoticon

Last night I didn't get to work out.. I played cowboy's & indianz with my boy.. ha ha ha
All that dodging.. "squats" and "cardio" sure had us both outta breath & full of smiles

Check out the fitness videos on this site and on YouTube. There are lots of great videos and ideas to make it fun! What about setting up your own circuit? Get your little boy to be your coach. You could make out an exercise chart with pictures and he can help lead you. Involve him in your fitness. One day, my three year old granddaughter was at my house and I needed to do my minimum 15 minutes. I put her in charge. She would tell me walk, kick, fast, slow, etc.

Hi SP.. I'm Z, just finished my Fast Break & ready to emoticon some a$$ in Stage2. Wanna know how I can create a FUN Fitness Lifestyle in creative ways without having to go to a Gym or pay for classes since I am a single mom with a 4yr old Boy to take care of.
