Hey, welcome to the group Holly! It's great that you have a very upbeat mentality on things. That is the key to moving forward. The pursuit of a healthy lifestyle can be difficult, but it is more than achieveable for anyone who is willing to put their mind to it 100 percent. I know you can do it - especially after catching your most recent blog! Just push through. If you come up on a road block, just ram right through it and keep pushing! I know you will hit your goals and then some!

The words "I can't" are like a cancerous disease...they eat at you until there is nothing left to consume. By saying "I can't" you are killing yourself before even giving yourself so much as a chance to live. I WILL push forward, I WILL dig deep, and I WILL succeed at achieving my goals. Thus, I WILL live on!

You've come to the right place! Find an activity you enjoy that burns calories too and you'll get the results you are looking for. Currently, I do Zumba and play tennis. They are both so much better than old boring workouts to me.
