Hi everyone! I joined SparkPeople back in January, I lost about 60 pounds using the WW program, but found that I was sick and tired of calculating/counting points. Also, I needed to find a program that motivated me to get moving. So, a friend recommended SP, and I am loving it! I am more active than ever and while the rest of the weight I want to lose may not be falling off of me, I am feeling my best yet. I am working toward the goal of having a healthy relationship with food/exercise, not necessarily a goal weight. I am looking forward to being a part of this team!
