Hi everyone,

I've been using the blackberry application for about a month, only to realize that my habits are very different from what I thought they were :) I'm now using more and more of the tools on this website and I find it really awesome!

I already stole some ideas from this team and other message boards! My plan now is to stick to the calorie limit and the exercise schedule suggested by this website.

Great to meet you all :) Looking forward to a great and fun next months trying to form better eating and exercise habits!
