I've been using the blackberry application for about a month, only to realize that my habits are very different from what I thought they were :) I'm now using more and more of the tools on this website and I find it really awesome!
I already stole some ideas from this team and other message boards! My plan now is to stick to the calorie limit and the exercise schedule suggested by this website.
