You will find lots of new friends and some old ones too, not age wise....lol. Be sure to post often and don't be afraid to ask questions. I want to wish you much success on your new healthy eating lifestyle change to get fit. Have a great rest of the week and stay strong and keep on Sparking.

Welcome to the team. We all hope you will be motivated by the fact you are not alone in your struggles. I understand not wanting a new wardrobe beccause you are getting bigger. That can be motivating and it is even better as you lose and get back into things you couldn't get into just a few months before. You go girl!!!!
I've been a member off and on for the last few years. I am at my heaviest weight and because I cannot afford a new wardrobe, I am determined to get back to a healthy weight. I am tall so most people tell me 'you look fine' but they're not the ones trying to squeeze into my clothes. My eating habits are out of control and my energy level has decreased in the last year. I have a hard time staying motivated, obviously! I have always been active up until the last year or so and it is catching up with me. I am determined to make a positive change!
Everything we do in life is a choice...I choose to get fit & healthy.
