Good morning! I've been a member of Spark for 5 months, but just joined this team a few days ago.
I am 9 lbs away from my goal weight and I love the changes that I have made to my body and my life. One of the most challenging things for me has been eating breakfast every day. But I have found that it really does make a difference so I've stuck to it.
