Hi, I've just joined the team and thought I should introduce myself. I'm about halfway in my weight loss and feeling so much better for it. I've discovered that I actually like moving around and exercising. It's fun to see how many push-ups I can do and challenge my teens to crunch competitions (that I win!). Anyway, I'm looking for new ways to have fun as I continue, and hopefully get the rest of my family along for the ride (my kids are all skinny but I know they'd love to have more activity with me!).
