Hi, I'm Kelly... Re-starting Sparkpeople after being gone for almost a year. I can't do any exercising right now, because I just had a stent put in my kidney yesterday. I have a kidney stone that is 8.6mm stuck in my tube, which they are going to do the blasting to break up (and take the stent back out) a week from Monday.
I just wanted to join the group and take this time to get to know people and make a plan to know where to start, once I can get started.

I have recently lost about 20 pounds and still have about 15 to go. I carry my weight in my belly, which I hate. I had a C-section 12 years ago, which I contribute to not being able to lose the belly to.

Any advice is appreciated!!
