I, too, wish I could help. I have just created a new subject for the thread I inherited with weight watcher's healthy recipes. I find this site not to be particularly user friendly. My significant other is a computer technologist and he even has difficulties making sense of how things work. I just kept asking. It sounds like you have a great plan. I wish you the best.
I have been a member of this site since I joined, but never active, because of getting overwhelmed by so many areas. In fact, it hasn't been until the last two years that I have posted anywhere.
I am a reformed non-exerciser, and now it is difficult to let a day go by without. I have some re-injuries which pose a new challenge. I am looking forward to some new activities.

Hi! I just joined this team and am looking forward to ideas for fun fitness.

I do have a stupid question...I designed my own strength workout and there aren't any checkboxes next to each exercise. I'd like to have them so I can track my success over time. What did I do and how can I fix it? I'm going to create 3 upper body workouts and 3 core workouts per week so I'll need to figure out how to do it correctly. My first workout is saved successfully, just no checkboxes.
