Sounds like you like things to change up every once in a while. Maybe you could rotate around the things you like for a short time. The gym would be difficult but the others could be rotated. You doing fine on the other regular exercises.
Have you checked out any of the classes the gym offers? Also, the one thing that keeps me going on the elliptical, treadmill, or just outside walking is my IPOD. I don't listen to music, I listen to audio books. I won't allow myself to listen unless I am working out. This gives me the incentive to get workout in because I want to see what is going to happen in the book. I choose short mysteries primarily because the story line is easy to keep up with and it goes fairly quickly. Check out www.audible.com.

Persevere. The harder the climb, the greater the view will be when you get to the top.
Hi folks i have been back on spark a week now and doing ok, sticking to my eating but having trouble getting to the gym.Im trying to work out what i like, the gym seems to bore me , the wi fit i went of it after a week, i started running for a week and went of that.
But the one thing i have done this week is 45 sit ups every morning, and 30 chair squats.
Im reading the spark and have just read the bit about excercise, and how to do things for a while before you give up on them.
