Welcome Faith, great to have you as an addition to the team! Good Luck on your journey! If I can lose the weight and keep it off using Sparks anyone can. I have also struggled with weight for many years! You just need to persevere, and if you have a bad food day, start over again tomorrow! Just don't give up, because the reward of hitting your goal weight is well worth it!!!!

Welcome to the team. If you track and get a bit of exercise you will lose it. I started about where you are and lost slowly over a year and a half. It is better this way as you learn more about yourself and how to keep it off. I am almost at goal and it feels great. You can do this too!

Welcome to SP and the team. This site is by far the best program I have found. I have been very successful so far and now believe that I can reach my goal and maintain it - its about a lifetime commitment, not short-term.

My suggestions: Take it one step at a time, keep up to date on the nutrition and fitness trackers (the most awesome tools!!!), and when you need support or motivation, log on and you will find it.
