I HAVE JOINED FOR HEALTH RESEASONS. MY GOAL IS TO FIRST LEARN PORTION CONTROL. I ORDERED THE PLATE AND BOWL FROM THE SPARKPEOPLE STORE. I AM RETIRED NOW AND I NEED TO FIND SOMETHING OF INTEREST TO DO. ALSO I AM READING THE SPARKPEOPLE BOOK. HAVE A GREAT DAY.
