Hi everyone! My name is Jeanette and I have been on SparkPeople since June of last year. I have reached my goal weight, and am now working on toning my body and maitaining my weight. I have recently added strength training to my workouts which consist of 5 days of cardio and 3 days of yoga. I love yoga! I am trying to really make my workouts "fun" and thought this would be a great team to find ways to do that.
