I totally agree with you. I don't like gyms at all. But I love working out at home and I love walking, indoors or outdoors. When you enjoy it, it's much easier to stick to it. All the best in your journey.
congratulations, what a great feeling, isn't it? I walk regularly, take pilates reformer classes twice a week, work-out at home using the total gym and love the short 10 min videos right here. Had my yearly check-up today and the doc said I was down 10 pounds since my last years appt. I went out and bought new pants a whole size smaller and not tight!
I work out with Wii Fit at least 5 days a week. I do this as soon as I arrive home after work. If I waited I might not do the exercise. Sometimes I do not want to do it but I am always glad each day I can report on Sparks. I have done well with this. Now of course there will be the yard work that will help. I is my favorite way to work it out. I agree you need to find what you like and stick with it.

Welcome! I love exercising at home. I don't like going to a Health Club. I tend not to go. I much rather dance in my living room to my CD's or do one of my many exercise DVD's or as my user names implies--swim. Have fun in whatever you do and you will stick with it. GOD BLESS! Louise
