I've started on a healthy journey before... Following a diet. Forcing myself to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Not letting myself go out with friends because I'd be tempted to break my diet.
I'm so glad I found SparkPeople.com. Even then though, I faltered for a while... but then I read The Spark, and it really helped reenergize myself.
Now, I'm biking! I'm doing Zumba! I'm finding out that I don't dislike working out, I just dislike being stuck in a gym!
So looking forward to what other people here can share with me - and sharing what I can too!
