back to Sparks. I think the secret to Sparks is setting small achievable goals that you can accomplish in your daily life. Once you have incorporated this goal into your daily living then you set another small achievement goal. These goals add up to a new healthier you, Some of these goals are food goals and exercise goals . Try adding 10 minutes of some sort of exercise to your daily life along with tracking your food. I think if you find something you like to do like dancing, swimming, walking, running, bowling etc. you will stick to it and you will find yourself making Lifestyle and Lifetime changes. We are all in this Healthy Journey together! WE CAN DO THIS! GOD BLESS! Louise

I have been where you are and am happy to say, that once I really committed myself to this journey, I am well on my way to my goal of a healthy weight and lifestyle - without any surgery. From what I have heard about lapband and gastric bypass, if you're not committed to changing your lifestyle for a lifetime, the weight often times does come back.
