Really getting around and learning all about this site. The one thing that I think has really made a difference this time is journaling. I have never been that good at recording my food and Sparkpeople has made that alot easier to keep up with. I have been exercising over the years, but I am really trying to step it up this time. Over 50 and its time to take control of my health. This program may be what I need to get it right this time. Any helpful hints??
