My trick is small blocks of exercise. When I think I have no time I do one of these:
I slip in 10 minutes on the stairwell at lunchtime
I built up to 3 min of jumping jacks on bathroom breaks (sets of 20, then 30 at a time, then built up to 60 at a time which for me is a minute), rest 10-15 sec, then do another minute, etc.
Likewise, you can do the small increments with marching, jump rope without the rope, and shuffles.
I kept sneaking it in until it became a way of life!
