I agree with everyone who recommended using the fitness and nutrition trackers everyday - they are the most wonderful tools. When I joined, I took my time navigating the site, joined teams that fit me and read articles, recipes and more. Eight months later I'm still learning and that's what keeps me coming back and staying on track.

The trackers are very important, especially the nutrition tracker! I get a lot out of the exercise videos -- well put together, accomplish a goal in a short span of time.

I really like the forums, food tracker, and exercise tracker. Finding out how much you should eat based on the amount of exercise you do is important.

Definitely the food tracker. And read the articles on here. Try to get as many points as you can each day and you 'll be doing a lot of reading and learning.
