I agree with everyone who recommended using the fitness and nutrition trackers everyday - they are the most wonderful tools. When I joined, I took my time navigating the site, joined teams that fit me and read articles, recipes and more. Eight months later I'm still learning and that's what keeps me coming back and staying on track.
I subscribe to all the daily emails. I struggle with things when I have to go and seek them out, so it has helped me to have articles, recipes, and community highlights automatically emailed to me so that I don't have to look for them.

By trying to earn as many sparkpoints a day, you will be learning a lot of healthy living ideas. Plus it keeps you so motivated. Sparkfriends are wonderful to have too. It's amazing how complete stranges can encourage you and give you a smile when you are down. Good luck and welcome!
