Hey everyone. I'm new to this sparkteam, but not to spark. I have used it off and on for about 6 years now. The first time I lost 15 pounds, and the second I lost 10. Then I became too busy (or so I thought) and I didn't do anything. Last fall I was diagnosed with diabetes and that has pushed me to become healthier again. I hope I can succeed.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
