Ooops!!!Sorry about that----if you're not diabetic, try this----just try squeezing a little Lemon Juice instead----Keep a dressing of Lemon Juice,Honey,Black Pepper Powder in an airtight bottle ready for use.Add Salt in the desired quantity to the Salad just before tossing it----use Vinegar instead of Lemon Juice if preferred---though I prefer Lemon Juice---less sour!!!
I really appreciate the support! I love yogurt unfortunately it's one of the foods that gives me migraines. This is not a new problem for me and believe me I've tried many solutions and that is why it's so hard.

Welcome to the Team!!!Food is a touchy topic with most of us 'coz that's what gets restricted the most!!!!I would suggest that you substitute Greek Yogurt with your Salads instead of the usual Dressings----it helps digest your Food and comes in different varieties too!!!
Hi Donna, To the team!!! As far as exercise goes, I was injured when I started Sparks and had a very hard time as I had a bulging disc which was pinching my sciatic nerve. My pain management doctor told me to swim. I don't know what kind of injury you have or where you live,if you have access to a heated pool. It seriously burns a lot of calories and is easy on your joints. It worked really great for me and kicked off my weight loss. I still swim in the summer as it really burns the calories. I ended up really loving it! Good luck on your journey.

Hi Donna, welcome to this team and SP. You might just have to have smaller portions of the real stuff like regular salad dressing but just limit it. Also with diet food,do smaller portions of regular food. I think that is the way to go. Good luck. Sand from Fl.

I am new to Sparkpeople and really need to get motivated and active. I used to be very active, but injured myself and now have great difficulty getting back into a routine. Another problem area for me is I get migraines from a lot of diet foods. Such low fat salad dressings, it seems a lot of low fat foods just kill me. I think it maybe the preservatives? Anything that goes through the aging process cause problems for me.
