I have enjoyed using the Wii Fit programs and recently Biggest Loser. Having been side lined with surgery recently, I am looking forward to resuming the routine in a few weeks. Everyone else just find something fun and you will want to do the exercise.

I started out by walking - short distances and working up from there. I have added more exercise activities regularly since then. It seems that once I started, I wanted to keep doing more. Try different exercises and you will find some that you love.

PADMINIR, it's great that you are a yoga instructor. I've been doing yoga on-and-off for 15 years. I've recently fallen in love with a yin yoga dvd by Paul Grilley. He instructs in an intelligent way - seems to really know the body and the wisdom of the individual about their own practice.
