Hi and welcome to SP. Be prepared to have fun. If exercise is not easy for you, try walking. As you get more comfortable with it and start to enjoy it, you will want to try other forms of exercise. Keep us posted.
I am 63 years old and just gradually gained weight since I was late thirties. I take care of my two grandchildren fulltime and many school involvements. I have watched my weight since I developed high blood pressure about 5 years ago. I have lost 18 pounds since July 09 when my husband had sudden heart bypass surgery. It scared me to death even though he has heart disease in his family. But exercise is not easy for me and I need to pick up so I can lose more weight. My health is pretty good but I want to lose more. (5'3 & 118lbs.)
