You are so blessed that your husband will take Ballroom dancing with you. That is great. My DH and I take country line dancing and I do Zumba. I change up my exercise routines with different DVD's so no matter what my mood I have something appealing, from pilates, aerobics, dancing, etc.
Do what appeals to you the most and break it down to 10 minutes bursts in the beginning (3x a day) until you are able to do a whole DVD.
