I am succeeding at keeping my weight off by using Wii Fit. It's fun and I love it. I also do a lot of walking during may work day. I'm a middle school librarian and our library is at least 1/2 a football field long with the circulation desk near the door and the computers and teaching area at the other end.
Exercise is definitely a key. I'm a hit and miss kinda girl. When I'm on, I'm very on. When I'm off, I'm off for a while. Since I love the feeling when I'm on, I can't figure out why I get off at times.
