You can do upper body things; lift weights or 1 lb cans of food, arm circles, etc. Can also do crunches in the wheelchair-pull abdominal muscles in and pulse forward. How high do your casts go? If not up to knees, can do leg raises-won't have to add weights (hehe). I truly hope you heal quickly and remember it is temporary.
My brother-in-law has lost over 100 lbs with Sparkpeople. He encouraged me to join, and I just have. On 11/14, I was involved in a head-on collision receiving 2 broken ankles and a crushed heel. I am limited in what I can do. Any fun exercise ides?
