Your poor head! 1kg = 2.2 lbs. The most I have ever been is 243 pounds. That scared me enough to take some distance from it as I feared that should I ever hit 250 there would be no brakes on me at all. In Women's sizes I once upon a time fit into a 26 and a few days ago I fit into a 16 - yeah me!!!! It have been a very long and slow journey with lots of lessons learned and some relearned.

My head hurts....how do you translate kg to lbs?

Yeah! Someone else who uses kg. I like the smaller numbers. I started out at 110.45 kg and am now 103.3 and that's after partying last night! Welcome.

Hi everyone, I'm Krista and, like many others I'm sure, saw the email today recommending this team. It sounds like a fun group! I don't hate the gym at all, but I definitely don't live for it and can always use fun ideas for non-gym time.

Anyway, a little about me: I'm 30, happily married, with our black lab (no kids...yet!). We live about an hour north of San Francisco, CA.

I'm excited to be a part of the team!
