My name is Deidre and I've been with SP since Jan. 5, 09. I don't have much time to utilize the many SP tools, etc. but with the education I've received through the various daily emails on nutrition & exercise, I've been able to drop 36 pounds, get my cholesterol & glucose & BMI ALL in the "low-risk" catagory this year! I so enjoy sleeping better and feeling better. I do hope to reach my goal of just 10 more lbs to get in the middle of my BMI range.
