Good morning everyone,

I'm new to this forum. The holidays are behind me and it's time to get serious again. I received The Spark yesterday and planning on reading some today. I've been a member since August (I believe), and I found several friends here. The support is incredible.

My husband and I received Wii Fit Plus as a gift and have been having so much fun with it. I also walk my dog (Poppet) 2x's a day. I like to do aerobics but haven't in quite sometime. I also like yoga, and likewise with that. I'm hoping to be inspired/motivated here.
