Hi, Emily from NH here. I'm a teacher's aide so have a schedule similar to yours. It's hard to carve out extra time during the school year. I have been involved with Jazzercise for 16 years and make the time to get to 3 or 4 classes a week throughout the school year.
This year the principal of our school has made fitness a priority for the staff. She has brought in a trainer to offer a 40-minute workout twice a week, after school. The program is voluntary, and each teacher has to pay her own fees for the class, but it's a great way to get in some extra exercise without having to pack up and get to a gym.
