You have come to the right place. I'm older than you and I am NOT OLD! I'm in better shape now than I was 20 years ago. I don't go to a gym and I've lost 34 pounds this year and I'm within 2-3 pounds of my goal weight. Find an activity you actually like. My DH and I play tennis when the weather cooperates, we take walks together. He'll walk in the mall, but I hate that. I do Zumba (by DVD) and that's a blast. We like table tennis and our Wii Fit. The key is to get up and moving and to eat healthy.
