It is very large and can be overwhelming for a newcomer. I found that concentrating on one thing (and becoming good at it) helped me to gain confidence. I started with the Nutrition Tracker - It's a real eye-opener when you make an effort to track everything you eat!
Once you feel comfortable with one aspect, start to explore the site and add more tasks to your daily routine.
