I agree with GRAMMYEAC, playing with your kids is a great way to exercise. Or, how about taking walks with them. I started out with short, slow-paced walks and am now walking 2-6 miles a day at a 15-17 mph pace. What's amazing, is that once you get into a routine, it's so much easier to do and you actually look forward to it.

Check out some of the exercise videos on this site. You'll find a lot of variety, so you don't have to repeat often. Also, try to get outdoors and play with those two little cuties of yours. If you can keep up with them, you'll be getting a lot of exercise!

Hello everyone I am kinda new to sparkpeople I have not been on in about a month and have not worked out I am eating healthy but need to do more than just eating good. I need a way to keep my workouts fun and worth all the sweat.
