Actions speak louder than words.
Don't worry if you falter now and then, just be sure to try again. A little bit of healthy guilt can work wonders.
Welcome to the team. Consistent, baby steps are great. There are many hints, suggestions and ideas in the SP articles and videos. Tracking your food and exercise are great tools. The members of our team can offer encouragement and inspiration.
I agree with GRAMMYEAC, playing with your kids is a great way to exercise. Or, how about taking walks with them. I started out with short, slow-paced walks and am now walking 2-6 miles a day at a 15-17 mph pace. What's amazing, is that once you get into a routine, it's so much easier to do and you actually look forward to it.
Check out some of the exercise videos on this site. You'll find a lot of variety, so you don't have to repeat often. Also, try to get outdoors and play with those two little cuties of yours. If you can keep up with them, you'll be getting a lot of exercise!
