Sp is a wonderful site with so many wonderful members who will give you support and motivation. I agree with all who recommend daily use of the fitness and nutrition trackers - they are the greatest tools!
Hi I only started on SP a few days ago and I've already joined quite a few teams! But this is the sort of team that I particularly like, in highlighting the positive, fun aspect it is especially good for helping with getting and staying fit.

Thanks for the welcoming, Maureen. The message broads are a lot of fun lol! Yes, I am fit...but not exactly healthy lol. Mostly, I'm here to work on a meal plan lol. I have health problems that require for me to eat right, which I don't really like to do lol.
