Up until last week, I had always said "I need to lose weight" but I don't think I was really taking the steps to do it. Since I realized that, I have been more conscious of what I eat, drinking more water and exercising more. I have not necessarily seen any weight loss yet but I certainly feel better. I have 50 pounds to lose and can't wait to get it off and get on with the real me!
