Hello, I am pretty new to sparkpeople and this is my first post. I hop I did it correctly. I have been dieting for about 1 1/2 years. I am down 40 lbs. I have been maintaining for the past year, but am up a little now. I want to get back down below 200 by 10/9 (my Birthday) and then work to get to my goal of 160.
I joined because I know I need to have fun to stay fit. If I don't enjoy it, I won't do it. I look forward getting to know everyone and reading the posts.
Welcome to Sparks , You will find some great people here who are willing to help in any way they can . May I suggest you make a Sparks page so people can get to know you better and then everyday use the nutrition and exercise tracker , These to me have been the best tools because then I can see what I am lacking as far as nutrients and all go when I go to the feedback page and i can see where I need to improve my diet to help me be more healthy . The articles and tips are great to . by being active in the groups you join you will get to know people who may have the same problems as you and be able to tell you how they have coped .
