Hi! Welcome to the team! One thing you can try to get moving is the 10 minute SP videos or just commit to walking for 10 minutes. I started with the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. You can get a good workout & walk 1 mile in just 15 minutes. The better you feel, the more motivated you will be to do more. Baby steps at will get you there.

Hi and welcome to the team. It may take you awhile to really get into it, but once you do...it feels so wondeful. I started with tracking everything i ate, then i started walking just around the block and then increased it.You can do it!!

Take your time and look around on this site, don't be afraid to ask questions and post often. You will also find lots of great people on here who are always willing to lend a helping hand. I want to wish you much success on your new healthy eating life style change to lose weight. Remember, it didn't just come on over night and it isn't going to come off over night.

Don't worry if you falter now and then, just be sure to try again. A little bit of healthy guilt can work wonders.
Welcome to the team. One small step of the couch is one better to step to losing weight and getting Fit and my boyfriend bought me a exercise bike which I have in my living room. It there to remind me to get off the couch and work on my cardio. I now ride the bike least 3xs a week for 35 to 45 minutes as well as doing the walking. Keep going, call us if you need help, we have all been there. This a great group of people to help.

Welcome to our wonderful team. You've taken step one by joining SP. Now, the second step, is to start taking baby steps. Get up off the couch and walk for 5 minutes. Search the website and get some ideas of what you might like for food choices. Start tracking your food and exercise - even if you go over your calories you are starting a healthy habit and soon you'll be making wise choices.
