Good for you on your decision. I am sure the eating disorder thing was pretty scary, butI do have faith in you in completing your mission. Keep your head up and follow even a little of the guidelines here and you will see an improvement. Welcome!
Hooray for you. With SP you have all the tools, information and definately the motivation from others here. Just know that it can be done. Use the nutrtion tracker every day and log in EVERYTHING. That is where I started and boy did I see where I needed to make changes. I now eat sandwiches w/out mayo, brown rice, whole wheat pasta so you can see how it has changed my whole thought process in how I eat. That was the best thing I could do for myself. Of course, it took me awhile to make those changes, but I did. You can do it too! I have faith in you.
Hello! First of all I hope I make sense because I'm a bit lost but I know that if I don't introduce myself right now, I'll never do it ^.^ Having battled with Eating Disorder for about 10 years, I was really of the "no diet. ever" mentality. To keep myself from my old eating habit, I stayed far away from everything with the word "lose weight" on it. Over the last year, I realised that this was stupid. I can be mentally healthy and eat well/exercice. So that's it! I decided I want to lose weight without triggering any eating disorder. And why does staying fit means having fun? because if there's no fun in it, why do it!
