hello and welcome to the team. You have to change your attitude about weight-loss. This is a lifestyle change. You can't just diet and lose the weight only to go back to your old eating habits and regain it all back again. You need to develop a new relationship with food. You have to find out what causes you to overeat. You need to track everything you eat, weigh and measure your portions and exercise. Good luck
