and welcome to the team and SparkPeople. This site has everything you need to succeed. I use the nutrition tracker every day and it really helped me to make changes in what and even how I eat. Walking is my choice for exercise and it would be great for all 3 of you to enjoy the time together.
SP is great. I highly recommend using the nutrition and fitness trackers every day.
My favorite exercise is walking. I started out with short walks and keep increasing. Every weekday I walk home for lunch which is two miles round trip and then go out again in the evening, taking one or both dogs and occasionally a son with me. This would be a great way for you, your husband and the dog to begin exercising - I guarantee the dog will love it.

Hi, I'm Beverly and my sister told me about Sparkpeople,she is known as dinah-mite. I am married to my wonderful husband,James.
