There are many fitness ideas on this site so I'm sure you'll find some that fit your life and schedule.

I always highly recommend using the nutrition and fitness trackers - they are wonderful tools.

Welcome to the team! Just try out a bunch of different activities and find what suits you. You can usually check out fitness DVD's from the library. Get out & walk, ride a bike, go swimming. If you're a member of a gym, try some new classes. The world is full of possibilities. You CAN find something fun & effective!

emoticon I'm a newbie LOL ...I'm up late and just thinking about how I can get a good solid fitness program started...something fun (I know it can't all be fun and games) but effective. Please give me a shout and feel free to leave any suggestions. I really would like to get it together. I know Commitment is key!!!!
