welcome... and I agree with jodygrizzle... the nutrition tracker and the fitness trackers are awesome... but also the other goal tracker is nice... if there is other areas in your life that you are trying to make into routine... haven't found anything that isn't helpful on this site actually! Hi and welcome to the team. My suggestion is to use the nutrition tracker logging in everything you eat including condiments. You will learn where you can make changes. Also subscribe to some of the message boards. It helps me to stay motivated. We're all on the same journey to a healthier lifestyle.
