welcome... I'm like you I was a nice size years ago... I had my first child and right back to a size 7-8 loved it! Had my 2nd and I actually thought I wasn't gaining enough weight with her! After she was born though, I started piling it on! Size 16 some 18s!! OUCH! This past jan. I decided it was coming off...
1st thing I did was start a cardio exercise program just 30 minutes.. then I stopped all sodas and little debbies! I lost 9 pounds just doing that!

USE THE NUTRTION TRACKER! It will help put food in it's right perspective! And try and stay focused and positive!
And the best motivator tip I found on here is " If you fall off the wagon... It's ok just get back on ...You are still doing better than you were before!" I can't tell you how much that helps me when I'd stumble!
