Hi everyone. I'm Rayne. I've been on SP for 2 weeks now. I've been on my weight loss/get healthy kick for just over a month and have lost 7lb so far. My goal is to lose another 10-13 lbs, plus tone up and lose the chunky arms, thighs and belly.
I have hypertension and high cholesterol, so hopefully all the exercise and healthy eating I'm doing will help get those #s where they should be.
I do not go to the gym. I workout at home using EA Sports Active for the Wii, SP videos (which I LOVE!), walking and riding my bike. I'm also trying to play more actively with my DD, who will be 3 in Oct.
