Welcome, Stormie! You already know how great SP is. I couldn't do it without the trackers, especially with eating. I think I'm doing ok, then I log on to find I've eaten a lot more than I thought. Now I log in as much as possible before I eat. Just keep at it & you'll start seeing results again.

Welcome Stormie I am from Florida and not losing as fast as I would like but keep saying that slow is better. The last 10 are so hard for me to lose. Good luck to you on your goal

I'm kind of in the same boat. I've been here since March. After I lost 30 pounds I decided to ween myself from doing the nutrition and workout tracker. Well, I've just kind of sat at the same weight for a month or so now. Trying to give my weight loss a boost so I can drop 15 more. Welcome back and wishes of success to everyone.

Howdy from Texas, I am ~Stormie~. I have been a member of SparkPeople for over a year now and I am in the process of updating my sparkpage and doing a make over of my SparkPeople program. The reason is because I feel that I should have lost more weight this past year, then the 29.6 lbs, when I still have 50 lbs to go to meet my goal weight. Well when I reset all my goals and made a new plan, I got this notification about this team, so I decided, new start, new team.
