Congrats on your weight loss so far. You should be proud of that accomplishment. The nutrition tracker helped me make the right changes to my diet and I also think about whether I really want to eat that donut and put in there or eat a piece of fruit. I don't always make the right choice, but I do 80% of the time.

Congrats on the weight loss so far. If you're looking for a healthy lifestyle this is the place to be. I have been a member for only three months but have already made significant changes in how I eat and how much I exercise. Like you I have battled weight most of my life and know that I have to make these changes permanent - no going back to my old habits once I reach a certain weight.

i have been heavy all of my life and its hard to lose the weight i was on herbalife and was at one time 325 now i am 250 and i only wear a size 14,16 and 18 so i have the weight in all the right places but it would be nice to lose 110 pounds and do it safe.
