WELCOME , I have just a couple of pieces of advise ,first one is to create a Sparks Page ,Because it is through this page you will connect with a lot of people . When they see you post somewhere they will pull up your page to read about you and your goals and what you need .They will also post notes to you on this page . The second is to use the nutrition and exercise pages and especially the feed back section of the nutrition page . That will tell you if you are eating the right amounts to get the nutrients you need or if you are not getting enough or to much of things such as calories ,fats ,carbs sodium etc. Read the articles and blogs and join teams that you find interesting and have something in common with , If there is any way I can be of help let me know and I will be happy to try .
