Hello and welcome to Sparks People .Com. My advice to you would first thing go to your start page and then under Large Community where it ask you to build or make a Sparks page to click on this and do it . That way people can find you and converse with you .Once people can click on your page and learn a little about you ,you will start to make friends .Don't be shy about posting because you meet people this way also .It may be hard at first but we value all opinions and want to hear your views so if you find an article or blog you like then post to let that person know .Pull up that persons page and you can even scroll down to near end and leave a comment on their page if they really impressed or helped you with something .
Second one of the best tools I have found is the nutrition and Exercise pages and use the feed back section on the nutrition page . I have found it invaluable to me because I record every morsel I put in my mouth and then I can get feed back on how many calories I am consuming ,and the nutrients I am consuming and it tells me if I am below or above what I should be getting or if I am getting the right amount .
There are many articles to read ,sign up for the newsletters because you can get Sparks points for reading them and you will find great articles ,blogs,recipes and motivators to encourage you .
The most important thing on here is the Great People you are going to meet from around the world who all are working to achieve a more healthy lifestyle and lose weight or have lost weight with help from site and the people on it .You will find people in all stages of this journey and they can tell you how they have handled both triumphs and adversity .
When you have time just click on the different buttons on the site to see what that area is about and if it can be of any help to you . I have been on here for a year and I am still discovering new things .
The report pages are good and after a while you might give them a try
