start by doing it for yourself stop beating up your self start small with changes i started with exercise first and added until i was saisfielet me know how your doingd then go on to the food or how you want to do it i will be blad to here from you

I am a full-time student and a full-time worker and I'm so out of of shape. I hate how I look and feel and I need to get back in shape. I need support and motivation in order to stay fit and look great for my husband.
