My one piece of advise to learn how to eat healthy and lose is to use the nourishment and exercise pages and record both daily . At the end of the day pull up the feedback page and see how you did calorie ,protein, carb ,fat and nutrient wise and where you need to consume more or less of certain kinds of food . The articles are great and you will meet people if you make a sparks page and tell people a little about yourself . You do not have to go into detail if you do not wish to but the more we learn about you the more we know your problems and how we can offer to help. Let me know if I can be of any help
